Activities: Exchange with National University of Kaohsuing students
Upon arrival to the Koahsuing International Airport, we took off to have an exchange with the local students at the National University of Koahsuing. We were worried about the heavy rains that also greeted us as we got to Taiwan. We met with the local students and shared with them about our cycling training in Hong Kong and also the various pathways to go about after completing secondary education. Then we proceeded towards Taitung around 16:30 to spend the night and on the way, we stopped at the beautiful Fangshan Township, where we took tons of photos! After that, we took a 4 hour journey from Kaohsiung to taitung by bus and prepared for the cycling journey on the 2nd day.
今天是旅程的第一天，大家都懷著期待的心情出發，希望有所學成歸來。雖然今天的航班延誤，以致遲了到訪國立高雄大學作交流，與台灣法律系學生交流時間縮短，但反而令我們更把握與他們相處的時光。兩地文化差異，相同的語言，卻令我們彼此了解大家的生活方式、學業去向和工作出路。透過交換聯絡方式，更可與他們維持異地友好關係。很感激台灣國立高雄大學法律系的學生從百忙中抽空出席今天的交流，熱情歡迎我們的到來，更為我們準備膳食飲品。不只希望這段友誼長存，更希望將來有天能與他們在工作上有合作的機會！
We greeted Mr. Xu, Mr. Hui and students from law department, we were having good time sharing the cultures in two places. Thank you Mr. Xu for organizing such activities, enabling us to build our network and make more friends.
