Following a HIIT Training video to exercise

Seventh Training (Fitness) & Meeting

Date: 21st May 2018, Monday

Time: 13:00 - 19:00

Venue: City University


Trainings had been stopped due to the exam period. We resumed our first training with fitness exercises. We followed the videos on Youtube to do HIIT to train our muscles in addition to the cycling. That was a really exhausting training for us. Not all of us have tried HIIT before, our muscles are not yet ready. We felt groggy after the first set of exercises. We took rests frequently in-between the training session. Finally with endurance and persistence, we finished the 2-hour training. We were grateful to have our programme leader to join us during training, it served as a vital motivation for the whole team.


We started the meeting right after the training. Since the location has been altered a few times due to the outbreak of measles in Taiwan and Japan, we discussed the new itinerary for our trip to Jeju Island. All of the accommodations, routes and attractions have to be re-planned. Hence we were divided into sub-groups to raise efficiency. As well as rescheduling the training plan for the upcoming trainings. Then, we voted for the team uniforms and other gears like gloves and helmets.
