Tenth Training

Date: 5th June 2018, Tuesday

Time: 10:00 - 13:00

Route: Tai Shui Hang - Ma On Shan - Tai Wai (x2)

Distance: 27 km

Usually when we cycling along this route, it is the same and does not change. Instead of continuing our training on the same route, we added a new bit to our route to Ma On Shan.

The weather in the past few days had been quite poor with occasional rains however we still continued with our training as the thunder warnings were not in force. After cycling for 27km, it started to pour heavily and we decided to end our training then. Luckily, we ended our training at the right time, because soon after, the typhoon signal was hoisted.

In today's training, we continued to make use of hand gestures and the whistle while trying our best not to use much of verbal communication. We were able to keep a constant and quick pace without stopping too many times in between each time we completed the route.

Hope we can continue with such efficient and effective practices in this month, just before we set off to Taiwan!
