Another round of Fitness Training!


Taking a few minutes break in between the intense training

Eleventh Training (Fitness)

Date: 8th June 2018, Friday

Time: 10:00 - 12:30

Venue: City University


Originally, as per our training program, we intended to have a cycling training. However, due to the thunderstorm warning, we changed out training to fitness.


Similar to last time, we followed a HIIT training video. However, this time we had a more intense workout. We bang with warming up and few easier exercises. Then we went on to train our leg muscles, followed by the abdomen and arms. We also included some exercises not shown in the video. Though the fitness training was more challenging and quite literally, breathtaking, we all had to support and cheer each other on.


Some exercises required us to pair up, which was very good as we could all motivate each other to push past our limits, a big part of this challenge.


After completing our training, we had a small meeting during which we went through the itinerary along with our program leader. while discussing, we found some improvements that were to be made to the itinerary. So we had our lunch and got back to work to complete the details of the itinerary, which then marked the end of this training day.


A lot of hard work and sweat is being put into this challenge, and with the Taiwan trip coming up, we could not any more excited!
