A lot of important announcement and reminder were made during this meeting. From discussing the itinerary to minor packing detail everything was covered.
To begin with very team talk about their progress about their responsibilities and what has been done and yet to be done. For example, continuously receiving feedback and updating the website and booklet.
The Accountant and treasurer talked about the latest expense detail and cash inflow of 26th June, 2018.
The logistic Team head made reminder and set deadline for all the team member important material and gear to bring and pack in luggage.
Lastly, every team member talk about Itinerary for their respective day in detail assigned to them.
